* This list was made up from the List of Incident Reports that the Consumer Product
Safety Commission has received as of 12/13/07. (margin of error +/- 25 injuries. The margin of error is due to inconsistencies
in the CPSC's record tracking capabilities.)
** Other injuries include irritation from the liquid, yo-yo wrapping around
fan, yo-yo immediately catching on fire if near a flame, children getting sick from liquid, chemical/gas odor from yo-yo,
yo-yo snapping back and hitting child, & eye injuries, some of which are severe permanent injuries. Eye injuries are result
of child being hit with the loop end of the yo-yo.
